i booked a superior king room. i received a personalized note accompanying a delicious treat celebrating wimbledon.. i know this to be the case since the note mentioned a detail i only shared with one of the wonderful receptionists. the staff provided professional, efficient, accommodating, and cheerful service.
my room's decor seemed a bit tired. it seemed in need of some refurbishment. there was barely any natural light. the window was obstructed by metal railings.

The location was super! It was so near Buckingham Palace. The staff was very attentive to us, I felt welcome. Jan always welcomed me back with a big smile. He was so helpful every time.
The rooms felt a little small. I think the decor felt tired and needs some work. There wasn't much natural light because of the railings. This made the room a bit claustrophobic.
